Once the home of PITCH Principal Baky, this project demonstrates what one of the top roof deck designers in Chicago created for himself. The luxury rooftop deck in Bucktown was built as an extension of the penthouse unit below. The modern aesthetic featured a streamlined firepit and plenty of seating for entertaining friends and family. Tall trees and other greenery provide privacy while granting unobstructed views of the Chicago skyline. The roof deck design essentially served as extended living space with the use of custom lighting, an outdoor television, and built-in speakers.
